We get to know your family.
We review your consultation form and meet with you to learn more about what your family is looking for in a nanny. We’ll define the logistics of your role, talk about your household and routines, and discuss the qualities you’d like to see in your nanny. We then create a custom job description to find ideal matches for your family.
We find the best nannies for your role
We look for matches within our existing candidate pool, as well as screen new applicants that would be a great fit for your role. We screen every Pearl Nannies candidate through a 9-point application process: two rounds of agency interviews including an in-person interview), professional reference collection, highest level of education verification, CPR status verification, vaccination status verification, online presence screening, and thorough background checks. All of our candidates are highly qualified and hire-ready.
We schedule your interviews.
When we find the best matches for your role, we provide a curated selection of candidate profiles for your review. We schedule your interviews with your favorite candidates and stay in touch to provide support and receive feedback. You’ll make the final hiring decision based on who you connect with, but we’re happy to assist you in making the right choice for your family.
We walk you through the hiring process.
After you make a final decision, we walk you through each phase of the hiring process to ensure your employment relationship has a strong foundation. We create a custom employment agreement and assist you with fulfilling your employer obligations, like setting up payroll and taxes.
We provide ongoing support.
Our support doesn’t end when your nanny placement is complete. We will remain in touch with both you and your new nanny to offer any support or guidance you may need throughout employment.
