Job Placement Process

We interview you.

We keep your application and job preferences on file. When we have a role that aligns with what you’re seeking, we schedule a preliminary phone interview. If you’re a top match for the role, we schedule an in-person interview with our Placement Director. We’ll talk about your experience, your approach as a nanny, and what’s important to you in a nanny job. 

We screen you.

When you’re chosen as a final candidate for a role, we complete our 9-point screening process. We speak to three professional references, verify your highest level of education, verify your vaccinations, verify your CPR certification, complete an online presence screening, process a comprehensive background check, and process a driving record check.

We create a candidate profile.

After the screening process is complete, we create your candidate profile to present to hiring families. When a family chooses to interview you, we coordinate scheduling and offer our support to prepare.

We help finalize employment.

When a family chooses to hire you, we help finalize the role with a custom employment agreement. Before employment starts, we help wrap up any last details.

We provide ongoing support.

We stay in touch through onboarding and beyond to ensure things go smoothly. We are always available to provide any resources or assistance you may need.
