We get to know you.
All nannies go through our 7-point application process. We start
by reviewing your application and holding a preliminary phone
interview. We then invite you to meet in person to conduct a final interview and learn more about what kind of
position you’re seeking. We collect as much information as possible
so we can find the best job matches for you.
We check references.
After we determine you’re a good fit for Pearl Nannies, we contact your references to confirm your employment history. We also verify your highest level of completed education and your CPR certification. After we collect those things, we will move forward with your candidacy. We create a detailed candidate profile to be shared with families, and we process a background check.
We look for matches.
We keep you in mind and send you positions that align with what you’re seeking. When you express interest in a role, we will send your candidate profile to the hiring family. When they choose candidates to interview, we will contact you to schedule an interview and offer our support to prepare.
We finalize your employment.
When a family chooses to hire you, we assist with finalizing employment. We will outline the terms of your new position in a custom employment agreement so the expectations are clear for all parties.
We stay in touch.
We will remain in touch with both you and your new employer family to ensure things are going smoothly. We are always available to provide any resources or assistance you may need.
