We review your application and meet with you to learn more about your family and help define your needs. We’ll discuss job responsibilities, schedules, your general parenting style, and the qualities you’d like to see in your nanny. Then, we create a custom job description to attract ideal candidates.
We find the best nannies for your role.
We look for matches within our existing candidate pool as well as seek out new applicants that would be a great fit for your family. We screen every Pearl Nannies candidate through a 7-point application process, including two rounds of agency interviews, professional reference collection, employment and education verification, internet presence screening, and thorough background checks. All of the nannies we represent are highly qualified and hire-ready.
We schedule interviews.
When we find the top nannies for your role, we provide detailed candidate profiles for you to review and choose from. We schedule your interviews with your favorite candidates and provide you with interview guidelines to help you ask the right questions. We’ll stay in close contact to receive your feedback, answer any questions you have, and assist you in choosing the right nanny for your family.
We walk you through the hiring process.
After you make a final decision, we walk you through each phase of the hiring process to ensure your employment relationship has a strong foundation. We create a custom employment agreement and assist you with fulfilling your employer obligations, like setting up payroll and taxes.
We provide ongoing support.
Even after you complete your hire, Pearl Nannies will remain in touch with both you and your new nanny. We are always available to provide any guidance or support you may need.
