At Pearl Nannies, our simplified search and hiring process makes it easy to choose the right nanny for your family – We work with you to define your family’s needs, create a detailed job description, find ideal candidates, and walk you through the hiring process. Hiring a great nanny is an investment in your child’s development and your own peace of mind. Our client families can expect to invest the following placement fees for our full-service Nanny Placements.
Placement fees for long-term nannies begin with a $250 retainer to initiate your search followed by a one-time placement fee equal to 10% of the nanny’s gross annual compensation, due upon hiring.
Placement fees for short-term nannies (less than one year), begin with a $250 retainer to initiate your search followed by a one-time placement fee equal to 12% of the nanny’s gross total compensation, due upon hiring.
