Our simplified nanny placement process makes it easy to find the right nanny for your family. Hiring a great nanny is an investment in your child’s development and your own peace of mind – Our client families can expect to invest the following fees for our full-service nanny placements:
Placement fees for long-term nannies begin with a $250 retainer to initiate your search followed by a one-time placement fee equal to 10% of the nanny’s gross annual compensation, due upon hiring.
Placement fees for short-term nannies (less than six months) begin with a $250 retainer to initiate your search followed by a one-time placement fee equal to 12% of the nanny’s gross total compensation, due upon hiring.
