Clients can expect to invest the following fees for our full-service nanny placements:
Placement fees for long-term nannies begin with a $250 retainer to initiate your search, followed by a one-time fee equal to 10% of the nanny’s gross annual compensation, due in full upon hiring.
Placement fees for short-term nannies (duration less than one year) begin with a $250 retainer to initiate your search, followed by a one-time fee equal to 12% of the nanny’s gross total compensation, due in full upon hiring.

- Extensive candidate screening, with two rounds of agency interviews (including an in-person interview), professional reference collection, employment and education verification, online presence screening, a comprehensive background check, and a driving record check
