Applicants must meet the following standards to be considered:
- 3+ years of nanny experience OR 3+ years of professional experience with children, including at least 1 year of nanny experience
- 3 excellent professional references
- High school diploma or higher
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
